Tony’s main consulting focus is on Front End Innovation, which concerns the early stages of product and process projects, involving market research, financial analysis, picking and motivating the right people and identifying high potential opportunities. Tony is a natural engineer with many documented inventions, much in demand in brainstorms, and has a history of dreaming up simple and elegant solutions to product and process problems.
Tony is also interested in the crafting of high performance organizations and in predicting how skilled people will collaborate and earn their bread in the future.
